I've always loved to cook, literally everything, but since I started to make pasta from scratch and sourdough I felt like the sky was the limit. Making my own produce is actually so much cooler than cooking a meal. I have made cheese from raw milk, butter and some coconut milk. I'm a Peruvian living in Canada and feel like the products available are so crappy:/ that I literally had to buy some raw milk and start making my own butter as the ones from the market felt fake and white. I feel so happy when my family prefers my cheese than the ones from the store and knowing that I had invested my time in making something so delish just brings me so much joy. I encourage everyone here to start producing their own food if you can. Filled with love and dedication❤️
