Haha awesome. Russia basically admits that there is not going to be a BRICS gold-backed currency (this is 100% correct, BRICS countries love the money printer too much). But de-dollarisation is happening anyways. If country A has #Bitcoin it can build an "encrypted wall of energy" in cyberspace that country B (which doesn't have #Bitcoin) can't touch. At the same time country A is still able to attack country B's cyberspace in conventional ways.
