Growing up we always had dogs, my parents always had dogs after I moved away. For the last 22 years my parents really got into Weimaraners, breading them, showing them, and field trials. At times they had up to 7 dogs in the house. Over the last 7 years the heard thinned out and in the last year the last 3 passed away. Blue was the last to go not too long ago, so on top of everything else my parents are facing I worry how they face the day to day without at least one dog.
