Rolla creates daily fresh bread and patisserie. The name Rolla evokes the idea of a "roll" not only reflecting our focus on rolled breads and pastries but also symbolizing our broader mission: rolling out a sustainable economy by empowering the community.
We honor time honored techniques rooted in ancient culinary traditions while embracing modern technological innovation, bringing the art of the roll to life in every product we serve.
Rolla uses open source and decentralized principles across all parts of its operations. This creates an equal and equitable environment for everyone. Every store functions as a community hub, supported by local mothers who cook with care and young, talented bakers who bring creativity to every decoration.
We source local ingredients from nearby farmers and goods from local spice markets, embracing a zero-waste approach through localized processes. The result is a unique, distinctive taste for each outlet making every Rolla experience truly one of a kind.
Rolla goals help people earn more money and build a strong economy. Selling fresh healthy food and support the environment and community by working together, in Indonesia we called gotong royong.
Our stores are located every 4–5 kilometers, like pop up shops with more than 50 kinds of daily bread. They are open every day from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m
