While it’s well off my PR, 1:50 is my best half marathon in a decade. The first three miles were heavy hills, so the goal was to sit back for those, take advantage of any rollers I could, then negative split the rest of the way. Executed pretty well on that. Was surprised to have 7:30 left in me at the end.
