I was initially a bit fearful using Opus 4.6, it is a jump and quite good. It can replace a lot of what people do, but to really push it to the limit to not just type prompt and hope for the best people need to be good at planning, articulating, validating and test results. These skills have been the basis of productive and quality results for a long time and nothing I have seen changes this. AI is gunpowder, the latest iterations aren't slop machines they are going to up end what work looks like, what productivity and output look like. The security and privacy implications are terrifying, but there is no choice to remain relevant. A cold wallet has never been more critical.

In Norfolk, traveling by boat, Lime scooters everywhere, which would be pretty useful at the moment, but I just can’t with another app. So I guess I’ll continue to just walk. Healthier anyways. But it go me thinking, this could have easily been done with lightning and no accounts, and no apps. Liability gets interesting.
