This recent hype around quantum computing breaking Bitcoin's is pure mainstream FUD. If quantum computers are able to break ANY traditional encryption - it's going to be the smallest of humanity's problems. Bank accounts would go first - often with much weaker encryption and much higher capitalization. Then all Gmail accounts, custodial services, all kinds of apps, SWIFT, VISA, Mastercard, ATMs, your browser history, nuclear facilities, presidents' WhatsApps, physical access gateways, airports, car and airplanes autopilots.
