I am currently unable to talk to Barry Croft while he is in Terre Haute Supermax. The BOP has drained his commissary and he is unable to purchase stamps and envelopes to reply to letters. He is limited to one 15-minute phone call per month. I heard from Adam's mom that he still hasn't received a letter I sent almost 2 months ago. This is unacceptable.
