Really struggling with energy.. feeling tired a lot.. Maybe I’m still thinking I’m in my early twenties where I could do everything.. but I need to change something.. I eat well and exercise for at least an hour a day.. sauna follows for about 15 min.. where I do a bit of stretching and yoga.
