This response is part of the body's survival mechanisms and is commonly associated with trauma and stress. Once this physiological problem is "solved" the world will become a very different place.

primal is probably still the "front page of nostr" and its trending page is so pro-bitcoin people assume that's all there is, or that it would take great effort to have anything less than pro-bitcoin repetition (and they're right). curation is key in a social network algorithm, so an aggregator which sifts and finds popular and appealing notes (like the big social media networks) is the key to growth of the *social network* of nostr.
