Step 3) While the US doesn't know what's happening, do a rapid 180 flip on #Bitcoin  . Build a gigantic hashing infrastructure in Siberia. Rapidly become a global leader in Proof-of-Work tech. Step 4) Reprice exports in #Bitcoin  . Convince other nations to do the same. Step 5) Sit back & enjoy the show. #SOFTWAR
