The Strength Behind Every Home #SoloParent #WeekOne
Being a solo parent isn't as easy as people think.
My name is Rora, and I've been a solo parent for the past year. Every day, I do my best to provide for my two beautiful daughters, who are 7 and 2 years old.
There are days when I feel physically exhausted and emotionally drained. Sometimes I want to cry, and sometimes I question whether I'm doing enough. But every time I look into my daughters' eyes, I find the strength to keep going. They are the reason I choose to stand back up, no matter how difficult life becomes.
Every single day, I thank God for the strength He gives me. I know I couldn't do this on my own. I've been hurt by harsh words and unfair judgments, but instead of letting them break me, I've learned to let them go and keep moving forward with faith.
At the moment, I'm a stay-at-home mom, patiently waiting for the opportunity to begin my training so I can start working. I pray that the call comes soon, not just for me, but for the future I dream of giving my daughters.
Life hasn't been easy, and our journey is far from perfect. Yet through every hardship, I've held on to one promise: God will never abandon us. I truly believe He would never place me in this situation if He didn't know I could overcome it with His help.
Looking back, I can see His faithfulness in every step we've taken. Even when I couldn't see a way forward, He continued to provide, protect, and carry us through.
To every solo parent reading this, I want you to know that you are not alone. Your sacrifices, your tears, your sleepless nights, and your unconditional love matter more than words can express. Keep believing, keep praying, and keep moving forward. One day, all the struggles we face today will become part of a story that reminds us how faithful God has been through it all.
