🇳🇱 #Netherlands - 🇷🇺 #Russia: Two Dutch company directors were arrested by the Dutch FIOD after their web hosting companies were suspected of helping a sanctioned Russian-linked network continue operating from the Netherlands. Investigators say the case is tied to Stark Industries, a hosting company sanctioned by the European Union in 2025 over alleged involvement in pro-Russian cyberattacks, interference operations, and disinformation campaigns targeting Europe. The company’s infrastructure allegedly continued operating through newly created Dutch entities after sanctions were imposed. During raids on business premises and datacenters in Almere, Dronten, Schiphol-Rijk, and Enschede, investigators seized more than 800 servers, along with laptops, phones, and administrative records. Dutch media reports also allege that the suspects’ networks were heavily used in cyberattacks targeting Danish government institutions during municipal elections last year. (via nltimes.nl)

🇵🇰 #Pakistan: In the latest issue of Al-Naba (the Islamic State’s weekly propaganda and claims publication) the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for the assassination of a Pakistani police officer in Mamund, amid what appears to be an ongoing campaign targeting police and pro-government figures in northwestern Pakistan. The publication also detailed several other attacks across the Bajaur region near the Afghan border, including operations in Salarzai, Khar, and Wana. The attacks allegedly involved close-range pistol shootings as well as an IED attack targeting a committee vehicle. The group claimed responsibility for six assassinations targeting Pakistani police personnel and members of so-called “Peace Committees,” which ISKP alleges are linked to Pakistani intelligence and security operations. 🇲🇽 #Mexico - 🇳🇬 #Nigeria: The NDLEA (Nigeria’s equivalent of the DEA) has uncovered the largest clandestine methamphetamine laboratory ever discovered in the country, hidden deep inside the Abidagba forest in Ogun State. Authorities arrested 10 suspects, including three Mexican nationals brought into the country as expert meth "cooks" linked to Mexican cartels. This comes in the context of a growing trend of Mexican cartels expanding drug-production operations into parts of Africa through the use of foreign chemists and technical specialists. Some regional security analysts have also suggested that trafficking routes in the Sahel "coincidentally" overlap with areas where jihadist militant groups operate, and that cartel-linked smuggling networks could indirectly finance or facilitate militant activity in the region. However, direct operational ties or intentional support between Mexican cartels and jihadist groups remain difficult to conclusively verify. (📹 via @CartelWatchNet on X, ENCA & APnews)

🇦🇹 #Austria - 🇷🇺 #Russia: A former Austrian counterintelligence officer, Egisto Otta, was found guilty in a Vienna court of spying for Russia. He was found guilty of accessing police databases and passing on sensitive information to the Russian side, including the sale of “government laptops” to interested parties between 2017 and 2021, with the aim of transferring them to Jan Marsalek (the Wirecard executive) and unknown representatives of the FSB. This is not the first case of Austria dealing with alleged Russian spying/influence, as on the 4th of this month Austria expelled three Russian diplomats, accusing them of espionage. The diplomats, who had already left the country, allegedly used a "forest of antennas" installed on the roofs of diplomatic buildings to gather information and send it back to Russia. 🇺🇸 #US: Footage shows the US Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma during an operation last week in which three suspected drug-smuggling vessels were intercepted approximately 90 miles off Cartagena, Colombia. According to the Coast Guard, a helicopter fired at the vessels in an attempt to compel them to stop. Following the operation, authorities reported the seizure of approximately 6.085 pounds of cocaine, with a value of around $45 million. Meanwhile, last week also saw additional "counter-narcotics operations" in the region. The Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATF-S), working with troops from Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Panama, coordinated a multi-national tracking operation that led to the interception of a narco-aircraft and the seizure of 636 kg of cocaine by Mexican ground forces. The aircraft was reportedly tailed from Tenosique and seized in the Las Palmas ejido, in Balancán. The aircraft can be seen in the last two attached pictures.

Furthermore, footage circulating online also shows other activists from the flotilla being detained and escorted through a holding facility, where they are seen kneeling with their hands tied behind their backs while being dragged away in several stress positions. Among those seen in the footage is Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is also a far-right figure, who appears to mock several of the detainees while waving a large Israeli flag near the restrained activists. He can be heard speaking in Hebrew, saying: “Welcome to Israel. We are the masters". He is also seen near security personnel as they restrain and push down a female activist. (via BBC) image

🇺🇸 #US: The suspects behind yesterday’s shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego have been identified as 17-year-old Cain Clark and 18-year-old Caleb Velasquez. The two livestreamed the attack, during which three people were killed. The shooters later on killed themselves in a car. Screenshots from the livestream (recorded by what is believe to be a currently at-large accomplice) during a Discord call show the attackers wearing Atomwaffen Division patches. Atomwaffen is a now defunct militant neo-Nazi accelerationist organisation that kickstarted a new wave of far-right occultist ideology. The San Diego shooters also wrote extremist slogans on their weapons, including "Race War Now", a phrase commonly associated with neo-Nazi accelerationist movements. The suspects were also wearing flecktarn camouflage and half-skull masks, imagery which was designated as a defacto uniform by Atomwatten Division. In a manifesto written by Velasquez and published online prior to the attack, the pair referred to themselves as "Sons of Tarrant", a refference to Brenton Tarrant, the perpetrator of the 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings in New Zealand. They praised him as a "saint" alongside other mass shooters who they cited as inspiration for their racist attack.
