With Damascus hanging in the balance, at this very moment, seems some very important prophecies are about to be fulfilled. Hope people are paying attention. “The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.”

My father at 89 years old passed away Sunday. He loved to write. I'd like to share a poem he wrote, I hope you appreciate it.: A personal computer for some is a pain while for others it’s a wonder and can even entertain. The thought though that leaves me confused; is why a higher price for cars when, in the factory computers are used? It seems to me that the computer would shorten the amount of man hours lost; and that would reflect back lowering the cost. But my car in ‘59, a nice 4 door Galaxy model. With 3 speed and overdrive. The most grievous thing it had was a sticky throttle. So 10 years later I bought another for about a thousand more and it served me well with not one single computer on board. When did it happen? The computers I mean; for $5000 in ‘75 I bought a car and it was a dream. Then all of a sudden they were 15 thousand or 30 and nearly every mile you had to worry. It’s the module for the fuel or maybe for the lights or well it could be the onboard computer “oh yikes”. In ‘49 no computers in the factory or in the car; and it cost less then $3000 no matter where you are. When the computers came the price took a jump But now for 4 times the price all we get is junk. They say that they’re really better built today. But mine hasn’t run steady long enough, for me to say. So buy yourself an old junker I’d say; an old 60’s or 70’s Toyota would serve better any day. Buy it cheep or haul it from the dump as long as we still have Trump. It takes a good steady economy to keep all the car parts in stock then all you need to worry about is a good enough mechanic and to get him on the clock. Then you’d have a good car with no computer or modules to go bad. That they can’t make one like that any more is so sad. My Diesel van from ‘87 is about the last with no computers on board, and if I want, I’ll keep driving it, until it’s as old as a ‘Cord’. But economy is the theme now they say and their constructed to produce it. Well my ‘59 got 23 mpg and a model A got 22. I think that pretty good, don’t you? Besides purchase price is what hits you. In a whole life of driving; and a whole lot easier to see, than all that daily scheming and devising. Addendum (I see I have more paper so:) About a lifetime of driving and all the vehicles my wife and I have known. We’ve had Fords, Chevys, and VW’s; an Audi, a Plymoth, a Suzuki and a Subaru. One thing for sure; they all are fine, when they are new. Maintenance is the key and it starts every morning before you turn the key. Check out the water with all liquids and the oil. If you don’t do it, that nice new car will just spoil. I know they make cars saying low maintenance or none. But a ruined engine for weak antifreeze is no fun Get in the habit that’s what it’s all about, Honey, I’ll be ready in a minute I just have to check the car out. I once heard a good saying and I’ve layed it on Henry Ford, when he made the Model A. “If you want this car to last a life time, Then check the liquids every day.” John R. Gill

“This bring us to a notable difference between the Lord’s Prayer in the Bible and the Book of Mormon, which is the absence of the statement “Thy kingdom come…” This intriguing variation prompts us to ponder: Was in fact the kingdom established after Christ’s resurrection? If so, then it’s time for us to partake in sacred communion, to sit down at the table with our Lord and Savior. As far as Jesus goes, he doesn’t just want to sit at the head of a grand table; He yearns for a one-on-one with each of us, discussing life, sharing in our joys, and comforting our sorrows. Are you interested? What will you discuss with Him? Will you express your gratitude for all He’s done for you? Would the atmosphere be filled with laughter or perhaps the silent acknowledgment of His love and mercy, that we surely do not merit?” If you would like to read the rest of this article, written and read by, Ronnie Gill, click the link below. 👇 image

👇 image

“Important to remember, John the Baptist wasn’t sent to preach to the Gentiles; he was sent to preach to God’s chosen people. He was preaching as it were to the church or the saints. Yet, as we read John’s words, we get the picture that they were not as saintly as God desired them to be. Well did the prophet Malachi prophesy, “… lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.” Malachi 4:6 Things were not right in the people’s hearts, and they needed a wake-up call. John told them, “…the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringers not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.” Luke 3:9 I can imagine many of the more “religious” people listening and shaking their heads, assuming John was just some arrogant man who thought too highly of himself. Imagine telling them they need to shape up or they would be destroyed, unthinkable! They were God’s chosen people, “The Church!” However, as John continues talking to the people, he lets them know that they have failed in the first two commandments. They have not been loving their neighbor as they were called to, nor have they loved God as they should.” If you would like to read the rest of this article, written and voiced by Ronnie Gill, click on the link below. 👇 image

👇 image

“Consider the Book of Hosea, specifically Chapter 1, which offers a profound narrative. Hosea, a prophet, was instructed by God in an unconventional manner; he was directed to marry a prostitute. This directive might seem contrary to the understanding we generally hold of God's nature as portrayed throughout scripture. This marriage would symbolize the spiritual infidelity of God's chosen people, who, despite bearing God's name, prostituted themselves to carnal pursuits. Hosea's obedience to this divine command led to the birth of children, each named with significant prophetic meaning. The first child was named Jezreel, a name carrying a dual significance - to scatter and to sow. *To scatter suggests a dispersal, perhaps in judgment or chaos, akin to seeds thrown to the winds, lost without direction. *Conversely, to sow implies a deliberate act of planting with the intent of growth and propagation. Here, the act of scattering is not aimless but purposeful, aimed at cultivation and future harvest.” If you would like to read the rest of this article, written an narrated by Ronnie Gill, click on the link below. 👇 image

The Long Once upon a time, there was a Great Chinese Dragon. Long, slender, resplendent. He stood out, radiant in greens, reds, and blues. Had horns on his head, like the roe. Had a beard on his chin, like the tiger. Had a friendly smile, inspiring confidence. Not just a dragon but a fearless guide. Helping people confront their fears. Lifted up on a staff for all to see. The anti-venom requires venom. The Eastern Dragon requires the Western Dragon. Peace and harmony require fear and conflict. Examine your dragon. Tis better to face your fears. Than hide, be shielded, and die. He who would but look would know. The Great Chinese Dragon reminds us. There is good and evil. Choose the good - reject the evil. Pursue peace and harmony though fear and conflict abound. Radiate joy though sadness be ever-present. image

“And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.” Revelations 11:1-3 image

“Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day. Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power: That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.” 2 Thessalonians 1:6-12 image

👇 image

“Why did John wear what he wore? What does it mean or symbolize? John’s clothing contains information that pertains to us in these later days, especially regarding the John the Baptist moment. → First, John’s robes embodied poverty. However, we know that John was the son of a High Priest. Not only the son but the only son, meaning he would carry on the priesthood when his father passed away. This means he would have had access to and rights to the priestly clothing of the Levitical priesthood. John had no reason to wear robes that showed poverty. But his robes are important because they show what God is expecting of us today. John had rights to the robes of the priesthood, and we can see he had merit being well trained by his father for his role as priest, yet he used neither to show his status. He showed abject humility in everything he did. He embodied in this the role of Godly Priesthood. Not a priesthood that is flashy or thinks highly of themselves, but a humble and meek priesthood that represents God rather than themselves.” If you would like to continue reading this article written and read by Ronnie Gill, click on the link below. 👇 image

“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?” 2 Peter 3:8-12 image

“The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined. Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.” Psalms 50:1-5 image
