I'm a terrible trader and thus I stack sats. I once had a portfolio that was 20x greater, in #Bitcoin terms, than what I now own. Did I ever "have" the bitcoin though? No.. I did not, but I was measuring my alts portfolio in Bitcoin terms. The interesting thing is I now custody more Bitcoin than I ever have. It's painful to know I could have had that more more Bitcoin, but this line of thinking is a fallacy. I might as well say I could have had hundreds of Bitcoin when it was trading sub $10. You don't have it until you actually have it. Everyone has their own Bitcoin journey. I've learned my lesson. Now, I have arrived.

A lesson most have to learn the hard way.. The best way to own more #Bitcoin is simply to acquire more #Bitcoin.

Thought about becoming a #Bitcoin miner for a minute but after hearing Bitcoin Mechanic talk about how he regrets having gotten into it, I may reconsider. Just seems like the depreciating hardware/difficulty adjustment worsening/ruthless competition are major roadblocks. Will likely be better off, and much less stressed, simply spending that money on Bitcoin as opposed to hardware.

Another dumb question: Why don't my posts and profile Pic sync across various nostr clients? I use Primal but when I look at Damus, most of the notes are out of date. Does running a relay remedy this or nah? #Asknostr

Being on #nostr has made me realize I have zero #bitcoin friends. Years wasted on debauched shitcoinery. This is the karma I deserve.
