The social media apps are great and the power of taking yourself to another app is awesome BUT…I I’m looking forward to so the other things that will be built on top of Nostr.
I just love the vibe here on Nostr. I’m old enough to remember the vibe of dial up BBS in college then seeing a graphic web with Mosaic and Netscape. This is EXACTLY like that. We may be able to have the internet we all wanted. ❤️💯
I think one of THE most important things we can do is support Nostr and Bitcoin.
I love my day job…. I’m a full time working cinematographer but at one point I was in the tech industry. I was a QA Software Engineer, an early web dev and then a systems integrator. Miss it a whole lot. How can I switch career paths and do something in Bitcoin or Nostr? I really want to do something I’m on fire for.
I don't "google" anything anymore and neither should you. Instead "Perplexity" it and freakin run Brave!!
So, I’m at a point where I have to get a new car soon. My 2013 Fiat is about done. She has 153,000 miles and the motor and trans are leaking bad.
So weird, every time I see an ad to either buy or lease a new car I think to myself, it’s not a Tesla…..what’s the point? 🫠
My savings account is Bitcoin, my asset investment is Bitcoin (and myself).. I’m sooooo close to moving all my everyday spending to Bitcoin at this point as well.
Contrary to some media, I believe Bitcoiners have a tremendous amount of empty for their fellow human beings. We talk about, educate and tell anyone that will listen how to save themselves, the ones they love and humanity in general.
Right? Always stack more sats.
