Goodbye March, Hello Tiramisu! 😋 To make the "mascarpone" I've used. 32 oz Dairy-free milk ( I used Maïzly) Juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c) 1/4 c coconut cream Bring the milk to a boil, add lemon juice and let it curdle. Once squeezed on a cheesecloth add them to a food processor or high speed blender with the cream, until well combined. Pour into a glass container overnight! Enjoy Note: To make tiramisu I have added 1 Tbsp of monkfruit and 1 tsp vanilla paste. #vegan #vegandesserts #nostrfood #tiramisu
