Amidst various occurrences, accurately pinpointing the cause-and-effect relationships is inherently challenging. This difficulty arises from the fact that humans, being living beings, tend to perceive things in terms of causality.

RIP Toriyama Sensei… He was a mangaka who garnered the utmost respect from people all over the world and often considered on par with Osamu Tezuka, who is also referred to as the founding father of manga in Japan.

In literature and philosophy, to a greater or lesser extent, the desires of the author are reflected. However, in science, there are times when discoveries reveal facts that seem to betray the scientist's own desires. It is precisely this detachment that constitutes the "rightness" of science. This is the true meaning of "thinking against the brain," where one must not be bound by common sense or personal desires.

In the pursuit of knowledge, understanding limitations is crucial. People are inherently born free, unrestricted, but simply advocating for freedom without recognizing limitations can lead to selfish and dissolute behavior. Limitations, in this context, involve adhering to the principles of the heavens, not hindering others, and pursuing one's own freedom. The boundary between freedom and self-indulgence depends on whether one impedes others.

Out, out, brief candle. Life’s but a walking shadow, a poor player That struts and frets his hour upon the stage, And then is heard no more. It is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.

One of the characteristics of the Internet is immediacy, and there is a misconception that people must respond quickly to it. However, this is not the case, and it is not too late to take a moment, pause, and think before reacting. In reality, much of the valuable information on the Internet results from thoughtful and considered discussions.

Regarding my 2018 MacBook Pro, it seems that there is some issue with the Touch Bar (BridgeOS). Touch Bar-equipped models have a problem where the Touch Bar can be damaged when opening or closing the display. It appears to check BridgeOS during OS startup, but crashes at that stage. When booting in Safe Mode, it skips the BridgeOS check, allowing the OS to start. Connecting to an external display in Safe Mode, despite repeated crashes, eventually results in successful startup. While in use, there are no issues, but the system crashes when the display goes to sleep. Considering that the Touch Bar itself seems to be functioning, I believe the problem may be related to a connector issue, although replacing the Touch Bar is challenging for an individual. #Apple #macOS

It wouldn't make sense to compare and determine which country is worse. What individuals find most interesting varies from person to person.

I wonder what "Panic Medic Boot" is. There are instances when macOS crashes during startup, but it operates without issues during use. I suspect it may be a hardware issue, but I'm unsure why it only occurs during startup. I can boot in Safe Mode, and this issue started happening after I cleaned it during the summer. I think it might be related to a problem with the cable connectors connecting to the keyboard and other peripherals, but checking everything by opening the back cover is cumbersome 🤖 #Apple #macOS image

While it is mentioned in any document to set the Color Space to sRGB when configuring the Emissive Texture in Arnold, I think using RAW might be better. Although such settings may be subject to personal preference, using sRGB results in the light source appearing too white. #AutodeskMaya image

The rise of egoism, which advocates individualism, in society can lead to ethical and societal challenges. Egoism is an ethical theory that places individual self-interest as the primary moral value, often at the expense of others or the collective good. While individualism can have positive aspects, such as promoting personal freedom and autonomy, an extreme focus on self-interest can erode social cohesion and ethical values that prioritize the well-being of the community as a whole. Utilitarianism, on the other hand, is an ethical theory that emphasizes the greatest good for the greatest number. It seeks to maximize overall happiness or well-being and considers the consequences of actions on society as a whole. Encouraging a shift towards utilitarianism can help address some of the negative consequences associated with extreme egoism.
