i'm going to ask a question, and it might seem a little (very) silly, but some places haven't cleared this bar and i want to be sure... ...are blocks on nostr publicly accessible/viewable? also i really need to learn how to use tags again, and i hope this is the right one? #plebchain

Anyways, my interests in finding folks like myself aside, I've already learned a few things so far. Would be lying if I said flying without any sort of moderation isn't a bit of a daunting concept for me, but I know where the mute/block buttons are and how to use them, and if absolute worst comes to worst, well... I know where the door is. Aside from that, though, I also fully admit I didn't realize the lightning network was a thing. I knew ethereum had its own layer 2 system, and it makes sense bitcoin would have one as well, I guess I just never really took the time to look into it. ...and now i'm once again researching energy usage numbers and how the hell do they look so different than the last time i looked it up what the heck

so... i'm gonna go out on a limb here and ask - are there any #furries around? like. i don't think i've been able to find any that aren't just bridged over from activitypub, but maybe i'm just looking in the wrong places or something?
