Something else that I have noticed when using Session is the significant delay to send and receive messages. This is costing me trust with the people who I use it with as they are used to speed and convenience. I read that messages are wrapped in multiple layers of onion encryption and routed from the Session App through their distributed onion network before reaching their destination. I have watched my physique and physiognomy improve even further by just fasting if I don’t have access to proper food and drink (outside of prescribed fasting days). If, for whatever reason, I only have access to ultra-processed or sub-par garbage, I will just not eat or drink, I will just go hungry until I have access to proper ones. It is usually with food as water is available in every corner. Minimal, if any impact to muscle mass and size even if eating a bit less sometimes.

I am upset that I have had to return to conventional toothpaste usage. A friend of mine, who’s a dentist, told me that at a granular level, baking soda is made up of tons of tiny crystals. Apparently, those crystals scratch the outer surface of your teeth: the enamel. Apparently also, enamel doesn’t regenerate, or, at least, not fast / fully. Therefore, once that layer erodes, your teeth feels coarse. So, yes, baking soda whitens your teeth because the crystals are more effective at scratching than the toothbrush, although at the expense of ruining your enamel. Reaching out to the experts 📢🚨 I am trying to install Linux Mint 21.3 in my Windows laptop. I have followed the installation steps, but I am stuck at the integrity check. I have downloaded the correct sha256sum.txt and sha256sum.txt.gpg, from Mint’s Heanet Download Mirror and from two different download mirrors (one from the USA and one from the UK). When I generate their SHA256 sum and compare it with the sum present in sha256sum.txt. results don’t match. Like I said, I have downloaded the ISO images multiple times, from different download mirrors, and these don’t match. Obviously I have not continued with the installation process, but I don’t know what I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. #linux #askNostr
