November was a relatively shitty month in the markets
Took a week off from work for Thanksgiving… realized the longer I’m in the rat race, the longer it takes to decompress.
By the time I hit my FIRE target, it’ll take a year or more to detox from the work mentality and be able to properly relax.
Big week for the markets
Mon: ISM Manufacturing PMI
Tue: JOLTS Job Openings
Wed: ADP Employment
Fri: Core PCE (Fed’s key inflation gauge), Consumer Sentiment
Why it matters:
Big week for inflation + labor signals. Markets will move on Friday’s PCE.

It’s crazy to think we’re basically 90% though 2025
More and more jobs are being wiped out due to the perception of Ai.
Amazon announced its largest layoffs in company history.

You have about 5-10 years to produce value and invest. The likelihood that knowledge work will pay well beyond this decade gets worse daily.
