There's books underneath Bryant Park. No way. Does anyone know how to see them? On a quest to see if this is true.

Week 23, Ran the Brooklyn half. I ran a 2:52. I had to take a look at my races and analyze my progress. It's there. In 2024, my first race with the NYRR, my half was 3:28. Last year 2025, I ran the Brooklyn half experience and my time was 3:15. Yesterday, I ran a 2:52. I am 23 minutes faster a year later. Progress, its there. These last three weeks before my real marathon training starts, I will just focus on speed. I tried my best and am at my fittest but when people see me as a runner, they will only judge me by my time. Just a statistic on a board along side of 29,000 runners. The hard work continues. I left the race yesterday, grateful for the experience but hungry for more. I have 23 weeks to improve before race day. A clock that doesn't stop and only keeps drawing me closer to race day. Tunnel vision until race day.

My best friend asked me. Gaby, where do you get so much energy to run long distance? After talking to a her about her low energy levels throughout the day, I concluded she needed amino acids or electrolytes. If you are low in energy, add electrolytes after workouts. When I am extremely sore, creatine helps with recovery. I also have a pre-workout. Pre-workout makes me super hyper or a running gel. It's enough carbs for 3-4 miles. It makes a big difference. Some of my best runs happen after eating a banana. That extra potassium helps. Runners have to constantly replenish glycogen and nutrient reserves. I am no doctor. I only understand when my body asks for something. The body will usually tell you what it needs if you listen. I no longer drink coffee and don't have 3 pm crashes. People give the body coffee for energy when it's asking for real nutrients. Just my theory.

Week 24, Completed another long run, 14 miles. The most interesting and nerve wracking run I've had in NYC. It rained. I don't really care about the rain. I have a race next weekend and there's a chance it will rain. :/ I've convinced myself that rain while my run is happening is God cooling me down. It bothers at first and then it goes away. Here's to hoping for good weather next weekend. Next weekend determines which wave I will be at the NYC marathon. Here's pictures of today's long run. I walked a lot. I found one fountain with a Roman numeral. And guess what? There's a Roman numeral in front of the Rockerfeller building. I popped into St. Patrick's on time for mass. I appreciate the timing. Glad, I could thank God for another long run and another long run adventure. image

My yoga teacher put us in these poses and I cannot stop thinking about it... Because it hurt. Probably overanalyzing the pain I felt. Idk. Folks in social media make it seem easy. My trainer is like, "I stretch like the right pose everyday. Just try to do it everyday." :/ Can't help but feel like a beginner.

We need an LLM to be trained with all the Bitcoin data. I've said it. Needs to be done for autonomous accounting to happen. If no one has thought of this... Why have Bitcoin data there doing nothing? Just thoughts.

1.3 million people applied to the London Marathon. That's a lot of people for one event. The running community keeps growing. <3 It's beautiful!
