In Citrine, I need to 'Import database'. Anyone know where to find my Amethyst database?

I have a blank profile page; there is nowhere to put my handle. It's just all white and empty and I don't know how to make it work.

I don't have a name because my profile page is blank. Anyone know what I need to do to make it editable?
