Good morning, so why the Trump pivot, he had to, the treasury market was about to blow up ( move index at 140 ), we are in fiscal dominance, hold on. Index now at 128, still to high.
Treasury move index ( measures volatility ) basically 140 ( read terrible ) means treasury market close or will blow up. OAS high yield spread at 1 year high, not good
The year-2025, bought a car on Friday afternoon, had to wire 41k to the dealer, so I could only do 25k on the web, went to bank Saturday morning to do the rest ( couldn’t do on web ), took 40 minutes, insane. I know bitcoin is down, always hard to deal with and the hardest thing to do is keep buying, I also realize what the Gov’t is trying to do with Doge, tariffs etc. however the treasury move index is 112.5 and h/y spreads are moving higher quickly around 3.15%, this is going to cause a treasury malfunction soon, which means liquidity has to come just don’t know when. We could always let a treasury auction fail or default which I can’t see happening. Short term- yikes, longer term- bullish
