Gallstones aren’t always “just genetics,” and they’re definitely not random, but sure, let’s pretend your body just woke up one day and chose violence for fun
Let’s talk about what nobody wants to bring up, parasites, l know, not exactly the cute wellness topic everyone posts about, but they matter
Certain parasites can lodge in the liver and biliary system, they irritate tissue, they inflame ducts, they interfere with bile flow
And when bile can’t flow, it thickens, it stagnates, it turns into sludge, cholesterol and toxins crystallize, stones form, but yes, let’s call it “bad luck”
Now let me tell you about a friend of mine, she had crippling gallbladder attacks, double over in pain, on the floor, couldn’t breathe, terrified, no real answers, it kept happening, over and over
2009, they removed it, problem solved, or so she was told

Your gallbladder stores and concentrates bile, bile breaks down fats, bile carries toxins out, bile keeps cholesterol from hardening into stones, it’s not useless, it’s essential
When parasites inflame the biliary system, release waste, and contribute to chronic irritation, bile becomes thick and sluggish, it stops flowing the way it should
Stagnant bile equals stones, most people don’t have a defective organ, they have a congested, inflamed terrain, and cutting it out does not address the root, it just removes the organ and hopes nobody asks why
If you’re dealing with gallbladder pain, bloating after fats, right side discomfort, or you’ve already had it removed and still struggle, it might be time to look deeper
