Time to head out to the park for my daily walk a little cooler today. 2 days ago in was almost 90, today mid 60's

As we approach cold and flu season....

Calling it a night, need sleep. Today was one of those days where there wasn't enough coffee in the world to help.

SHIT!!!!! this hurts. Just learned a long time friend (since we were kids) and fellow firefighter, with the VFD in the town next to where we grew up died yesterday.

uggggg this weather is kicking my ass, between sinuses and arthritis. I'm going back to bed

good wet rainy morning, Breakfast time, dark roast Fire Department Coffee with a pinch of sea salt, a teaspoon of dark molasses, 2 drops liquid smoke. 3 jumbo scrambled eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, diced poblano peppers scooped with spicy pork rinds (chicharrons)

heading to the snore shelf for sleep

interesting, part of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park closed following nearly 100 earthquakes overnight, they are thinking a new intrusion of lava and new dike forming that could lead to a new vent erupting

for those in the brotherhood, this guy shoots some of the best "command view" videos. The camera view is so good I can smell the smoke. (been there done that)

stepping out for a bit to work off this excess energy/stress. damn PTSD sucks

I need to pick up some moshio salt, more unsulfured dark molasses and some more liquid smoke for my coffee

Holy shit, that broth from the soup I cooked for my elderly mother earlier today should be bottled as a beverage. 1 quart home made chicken broth, 1 half pint of home made tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons home made dried garlic, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons organic red curry powder simmered for an hour

Back home, went over to my elderly mothers place to help her around her house. mosed the lawn, made her a big pot of home made chicken and veg stew that should last her for a week. Now back home working on playlist for my walk in the park Sweet Lucy was a dancer But none of us would chance her Because she was a samurai She made electric shadows Beyond our fingertips And none of us could reach that high

It is time to start begin inspecting the inside of my eyelids. I expect the inspection to take several hours

you'll never have to worry bout your pants getting too tight if you don't wear any pants. Follow me for more tips.

Gave myself a buzz cut this morning, it was a pain in the ass because my trimmer is dying. I was afraid it was going to completely give up the ghost half way through. So now I need to go buy a new one.

Survived the doctors appointment now at the park for my afternoon walk
