Finally got my IPv6 only network working, thanks to Pfsense adding NAT64 and DNS64. ISP supports IPv6 for sites that support it. #networking #ipv6

Best thing I purchased this week. No more dealing with computer and DACs for HD music streaming. 
Today's lesson in Servant Leadership: "would you like me to do x?" vs "can you do x?". This is a new leadership style I'm not used to - 10 years of drive with certainty and confidence will do that. It's new suit - a little scratchy a first, but I could learn to feel comfy in it. #leadership
I'm frequently told that I see the world in black and white too much and need to see more grey. Today is really testing my ability. Already stepped on a few toes because I'm either being too helpful and leading too much or waiting to follow someome else's lead.
and just like that, my wife and I are emty nesters. Although we'll miss certain aspects of our post-teens living with us, I'll not miss that large water, electric, and food bill ;)

Second week as a tech hire and they've made me a supervisor... I'll take that as a compliment lol
So, just started with a new employer and I receive a text message from the CEO today: "I need a favor". I ask him what he needs and the response is "I'm in a meeting please buy some gift cards from Best Buy and Target for me". Def a scam, did they not think I'd check in with the real CEO in the company directory?

Had my first eBay buyer harassment today. Sold some prestige lenses for a very reasonable price. Buyer wants a return claiming they are defective because he couldn’t get the photographic results he was expecting. Erm no, it’s your ability to use the equipment that’s effective. #ebay #photography
