That's simply the fault of the individual, not bitcoin. You trust the code. And everyone who participates agrees on the rules via the consensus mechanism. Bitcoin Core is abiding by the rules, I don't understand your issue with them. Central banks around the world have different currencies which makes it hard to convert and transfer.
