I am not sure what they mean. I Love it when someone looks at me and I can tell that they want to do unspeakable things to me. It is such an Ego boost. I feel like, well, a big juicy porterhouse steak.
I think that the people that say this have at least one of these things going on.
1) They are ashamed of the way their body looks.
2) They are not getting looked at like this and they are jealous
3) The attention that they are complaining about is coming from people that they find unattractive/undesirable
4) They are lying to virtue signal
I am not saying that treating a person like they are only good for sex is acceptable behavior. That is degrading to everyone involved, including the looker.
