Kids will find a way around most restrictions. In my teens, I sought and found a Verizon vulnerability that allowed me unlimited internet access without an active account. Used that vulnerability for several years on multiple devices. Parents shouldn't just give up, but all the nanny state shit definitely isn't going to do it.
