Biased, naive, sand pounder.
I created a new holiday. Orthmas. 'Tis the season for half my city slipping and breaking shit.
When it comes to appreciation, words are only half the toll. Action is the other half. Appreciation without measurable action is usually bullshit. Usually because there are edge cases. They're rare though.
Vascular access, especially complicated emergent cases, is a passion. Unfortunately, I had to let my licensing lapse today. The demands have become too much on top of all the other things I'm expected to do for what I'm paid. For me, Atlas is Shrugging. It feels so good to drop another heavy part of my load. Sadly, the only thing I lose from doing this is extra work and immense amounts of stress. That's a major incentive problem. US healthcare (emergency medicine at least) is largely fueled by guilt and self-sacrifice masked as duty. No more for me. ๐ซก

Winter is here.

It's hard enough selling her on a day or two even when I'm saving us thousands of cuck bucks. A project truck... I don't know.

Thinking about doing something that will probably bring me equal amounts of stress and satisfaction...
Buying an old Toyota truck and making it road worthy again (or whatever is necessary to make it a sweet daily driver/backup).
The biggest challenge will be getting my wife to give up our one car garage for something that may not run for a bit. Might have to time this for when the weather warms up... ๐ฌ
Imagine if bot creators put effort into building actually helpful bots. Instead, many choose to lose money being annoying pieces of shit.
There are a few good ones that I enjoy and zap when they serve me. Most don't.
