All the talk about Big Bitcoin makes me giggle.
You guys think in 15 years there'll be plebs fighting against Big Nostr?

Hanging in there waiting for coffee because I forgot to grind any before I went to bed. Hand crank grinders are so crucial to have, but sadly, the glass jar mine had fell and broke (that's what I get handling it before having my coffee...).
Thankfully I've got my Mud\Wtr and some caffeinated lemonade to tide me over til 10 am or so. My wife seemed to be up late making some cool pressed flower crafty things. Turns out you can make quickly pressed flowers with an iron, and spare the weeks it takes with an actual press.
Maybe I'll snap a picture of some later. This summer has been wild when it comes to piles of new handmade crafts showing up in the house.
Anyone know a chat system that works the way Ingress's in game chat does, where it's location based, so you see chats around you based on a radius you set?
I believe I asked @calle about this at one point and that Bitchat just shows you the geohash you're in a channel for, but can't, say, show you the neighborhood level chats by zooming out to the town all in one channel. This makes sense in some context but the continuous rather than bounded location based system was an interesting feature that I'd be curious to see explored outside of the context of the game. Especially as it's never quite clear which geohash is most of interest with the discrete nature they have, so you almost need centralized planning to even decide where to talk (when doing it over nostr rather than mesh).
Seeing both methods implemented to explore what works best for people side by side would be some interesting 'market research.'
