You shouldn’t have to trade stocks to invest/save money. No one used to invest in stocks, the stock market is too risky. The fact that this is the defacto place to put money is a joke. I truly believe there will be a major correction that stocks won’t recover from.

Something I’ve been thinking about: Banning mortgages for houses. I feel this would cause houses to drop 90%+ because people would only offer what they can afford to buy in full. Houses would lose value as they age unless fixed. And they would also get cheaper as they get easier to make. I feel people won’t invest in houses if they know they will decrease in value and potentialy wipe out any gains if fixed. Does this make sense? or am I missing something? #asknostr
