Remove your domicile and politically and legally DISASSOCIATE with the state. Thomas Jefferson talked about why this is necessary and even made it your DUTY to do so in his famous Declaration of Independence:

2. The need to have a “residence”.
3. The need to subsidize the state with income taxes or fines.
