No Presidents are good men, they shouldn’t be put on pedestals, and they shouldn’t be looked to by children as more than just another human being with an inordinate amount of power that is more often than not used for evil. We should be teaching children that goverment is coercive and individuals / families / friends and those in our community are the people that should be looked up to. The public school system largely uses propoganda to put goverment officials on pedestals, reinforcing the wrong message that government officials are a moral North Star. That couldn’t be further from the truth.

I’d really love to understand or hear a podcast on the current technical implementation of tap to pay as it relates to Apple wallet vs other implementations, why Bitcoin NFC cards can’t currently integrate with that ecosystem, how @calle got an alpha version of tap to pay to work with ecash, and what specifically needs to happen to be able to load an NFC card on something like Apple Wallet and use sats to pay. @Guy Swann @CITADEL DISPATCH @MartyBent @Michael Anton Fischer @TFTC
