“Do unto others and be done unto by them only by mutual agreement, keeping in mind how it will affect others” - The Bitcoin Rule.
“We should care about the history of temperature because it is the history of how we came to quantitatively understand something that is not a thing.Temperature is immaterial, but it is also not an invisible or massless fluid.
It doesn’t have a particle of its own yet it is extremely prevalent.Even interstellar space, in its unimaginable emptiness – has a temperature that is above zero. The history of temperature, thus, represents an important paradigm shift. A natural philosophy embracing the fact that some ‘things’ are not things.”

When protecting and securing data files, what benefits to the Bitcoin Network offer? The question falls in line with security threats arising from AI generated content.

I do not agree with Bitcoin & Greed. Money is an essential civilizing tool for trade between groups & how someone is rewarded for the value they provide to society. There can be other forms of money that enable ‘greed’ to be prominent through incentive models but not Bitcoin.

There are some ways that are etched into our neural networks from thousands of years of evolution but not all are beneficial to modernity. As our species & civilization continues to evolve, how those dying innate default settings are accessed & experienced by humans change.
Becoming less relevant to the survival & prospering of our species in all domains of existence.
For example Aggressions role in humans survival & how we experience the world continues to atrophy. Yes it’s still a relevant trait but as We evolve its relevance declines. What is now considered essential for survival and environmental negotiation, due to its utility will continue to atrophy as cooperation, abstraction, and technological leverage replace brute force.
The moment of grasping a complex concept can be fleeting, if not mentally grasped quickly & tightly, one literally feels the idea slipping and getting slowly pulled away with the flow of time.

Studying mathematical abstract logic. It’s difficult to skip the mathematical structure behind the numbers, to imagine & visualize zero's as just 'false,' one's 'true’ and that Variables aren't values just placeholders for possibilities in an equation or theorem.
The AI chess engine doesn’t merely learn your moves as you play, it anticipates them before you begin.
It is always steps, sometimes entire games, ahead.
When you win, it’s not because you outsmarted it but because it allowed that path to exist.
Still, do not discredit your intellect because you had to think your way through the winning moves. ♟️

‘Theory of mind involves tackling puzzle-like questions, and it’s tough to determine whether AI truly captures that facet of human behavior. Humans and primates have mechanisms for “thinking about thinking” that offer advantages in data efficiency and mechanistic synergy. If we want AI systems to excel at understanding human requests, we shouldn’t assume that strong performance on false belief tests means they’ll reliably infer our intent and knowledge in novel scenarios.’

There are 3 meta-status games human beings play.Animals only play the dominant game but human intelligence allows higher level thinking at an abstraction layer where we partake in dominance, virtue & success games. All species on some level compete for a high mimetic social score.
As Technology progresses and civilization moves forward, the human brain will further change, evolving for more different meta status games.
Thoughts inspired by discussion between Tim Scarfe and Max Bennett on The Machine Learning Street Talk podcast
“The principle of AI self-supervision deep learning is that it enables the system to have interesting emergent properties that allow the models to generalize with only training it on predicting sensory input that it receives. The model becomes remarkably accurate & good at generalizing across data that it hasn't seen before, which we predict or claim that the human neocortex is doing as a generative model.”
Max Bennett on The Machine Learning Street Talk podcast discussing his book “A Brief History On Intelligence”
“I have this intuition that a lot of our intelligence is outside of the brain. If I was in the wilderness & disconnected from society, I would be a lesser human being.I may have more agency but I wouldn't have access to all of these rich cultural tools, knowledge & patterns.
Alot of our intelligence & meaning comes from an interplay of our internal and external environments. External complex dynamics (e.g culture) shapes the development of our brain and vice versa.”
Thoughts from Tim Scarfe on The Machine Learning Street Talk podcast.
Every human being has the potential for ‘evil’ and ‘good’ on the spectrum of consciousness. The environment and incentive model plays a massive role in how the human being is programmed and shaped.
