Never got into all the green stuff... Hated it as a kid and avoided it as much as I could. Near carnivore, maybe ketovore? works a lot better for me when I stick to it. But, them sweets are my downfall ;-)
I've always been a live and let live type, so never wanted to gripe at vegans or waste my time. If they are adults, let them make their own choices... but, so many following that path seem rabid about it and want to push everyone else to have to follow their choices. 🙄 I won't listen to Klaus and eat "ze bugz"!
