Day 13 of 14 of PK.
Artichoke heart and saffron jeera basmati. A slight diversion from the regularly scheduled meal ๐
When I lived in LA, I used to cook for people doing home PK. The meals were easily digestible and had a lot of variety.
But doing my own home PK, doing all the prep for the treatments, administration of the treatments, cooking, laundering, cleaning ...I have been keeping my diet to basically mung dal soup, rice and sometimes a GF fenugreek chapati for brunch and dinner for 11 of the 13 days thus far.
I did make baked pears yesterday which were a nice sweet treat...
I would like my next PK to be at a spa ๐
