Trying to determine the serving size of apple custard tart for breakfast.... 3 slices seems about right.

GM. Apple custard tart for breakfast. This recipe didn't fit in the tart tin, so I couldn't add all the custard filling. But nonetheless, it's delicious 😋 I made the crust with a combination of butter and duck fat...and...einkorn and 00 soft baking flour. It was so easy to work with and the finished result was flaky and buttery (no it didn't taste like duck 😂). I'll post the recipe later. I just got a new (refurbished) headless Dell workstation (win10 OS). I need a monitor to do the initial set up. But I don't have any stand alone monitors... I have an old laptop (Ubuntu OS) and an "all in one" desktop (win10 OS) Without buying a new monitor, how can I set up the new computer? I'm open to buying a cheap 7" monitor with a VGA connection if there's no way to get the computer set up. Any recommendations? Key Largo thanksgiving snorkeling day trip 🤿 The coral reef area had mostly small fish....it was like swimming in an aquarium....
