Week 12 Continuing with the instruction to kick up without using the wall.... Notes from #handstandpractice Head position makes a difference. Played with a more neutral neck and the pose felt lighter. While I feel stronger each day, to the casual observer it must feel like watching paint dry....is she ever gonna nail this? πŸ™„ Patience, persistence, and focus with a joyful heart is the practice of life. This quote from Usain Bolt (Jamaican sprinter 8x Olympic gold medalist) is inspiring: "I trained 4 years to run 9 seconds and people give up when they don't see results in 2 months." Super busy week. Handstand practice is getting lower on the priority list, but still on the list.πŸ™Œ Working on kicking up without touching the wall. Immense fear arises. Need to focus...
