GM Nostr. Lucky day 13 of rebuilding my Nostr habit. I am starting to post on here before heading to other socials again. Curating my feed more every day and feeling that Nostr vibe again that I enjoyed so much. Sipping some med/light Brazilian while I edit this weeks YT video for my solar build/raincatch/offgrid series. Then headed out to dig some comfrey root, cut some wood triangle blanks for an Etsy sale i made and hopefully start chipping up some of the brush from dropping trees yesterday. i think the purple passion fruit flowers are my favorite thing that pops up on our property here in west TN. I always stop and check them out when I see them. I think this is the first time I have seen two side by side, they are normally spread out along the vine. Must be two vines twisted together.

Successful day felling trees. 6 on the ground where planned and got them all limbed up. Tallest was about 65' and 18" dia at the base. 2 of them were standing dead trunks about 30' tall and 20" dia, my bar didnt quite reach across. Super sketchy since they had no limbs and both straight up and down. So much rot they could have either fallen any direction. Busted out the wedges and made sure I had plenty of escape routes and things went pretty smooth. I did take a wedge to the kisser when it popped out when I was driving it in. Overall a solid day running the saws. Lots of work left cleaning them up. But the solar field is open, only trees left are to reduce morning shade and a couple that would hit the array if they fell.

GM Nostr. Day 12 of building that Nostr habit again. It has definitely been an interesting time to dive back in. Med/light Brazilian in the cup this morning while I catch up on some computer work. Headed out in a bit to fell 6 decent sized trees in our future solar array field. Not necessarily huge diameter but all at least 30' tall. It will be a good successful day if they all land where expected and their are no injuries. Timber Make it a great day.

Put in a bunch of work cleaning up the last round of trees I dropped clearing for our solar array. All prepped to drop another 6 or 7 tomorrow and start the clean up of that round. Will have a ton of firewood for the cabin and loads of material for the biochar retort by the time I get this done. Probably a dzn or more to go after tomorrow's round.

GM Nostr. Day 10 of building that Nostr habit. Curating my feed with positive doers, makers and people putting out good vibes. Knocking back some medium light Brazilian today that is just fantastic. I might need to make some extra Weekly livestream went well this morning. Talked about solar field clearing, LogOx, flooring install, ColdCard, Blockstream, a second on geriatric leaders in this country. Will post link once it is up on Fountain.

GM Nostr. Day 9 of building that Nostr habit again. New bag of coffee today, the random pick was Medium Light Brazilian. Another wonderful roast. Yesterdays floor install did not go as planned. Ran into a few issues as we got started and spent the day figuring out fixes. Back at it early today and its gonna be a long one to hopefully finish up in time to return the floor roller I rented tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Make it a great day.

GM Nostr. Day 8 of building that Nostr habit. Slept in a bit this morning after a nice BBQ dinner and drinks with good friends last night. Brisket was fantastic as well as the company. Finishing off my bag of Light Ethiopian Yirgacheffe this morning. Always exciting to reach into the pile tomorrow and grab a new lb. My roaster only sends beans or blends I like so its always a winner. Headed out to work on gluing down our vinyl sheet flooring today in our cabin. We will see if it gets all done today or runs into tomorrow. At least I have the roller until Monday. Make it a great day.

My wife ran into the first Nope Rope since moving to west TN about 4 years ago. Copperhead in the road this morning while letting out dogs out.

GM Nostr. Day 7 checking and trying to build that habit of hitting Nostr before any other social apps. Sipping on my light Ethiopian Yirgacheffe while editing a video about clearing for our solar array. Headed a little later to rent a roller to install the sheet vinyl floor in our cabin this weekend. GM Nostr. Day 6 of trying to build the habit of hanging out with the folks of Nostr. Light Ethiopian Yirgacheffe in the cup and my wife has the day off. Slept in a little and heading for groceries and to Lowes in a bit. But currently diving down a rabbit hole around North Fox Island, Interlochen School for the Arts and Jeffery Epstein.......... Could Jeffery Epstein have been a victim of Frank Shelden when he attended Interlochen camp in 1967? Could that have set Epstein on his way to infamy? This is definitely on my research further list, but enough pedos for today. Make it a great day.
