back online after 24hrs of yelling at "tech" support

man i need a new isp. i'm in a total dead spot though. this one i've had for the past 3 years sucks and since they have a total local monopoly they have the prices 2x higher than anywhere else. it's been nearly hourly disconnections for the past 5 days and after this latest from "tech" support i think i'm done. might be forced to look at starlink or something... 🤨
