This is how I cook Adobong Sitaw. Salty, Sweet and a little bit sour. That's my preference in cooking Adobo 🤭 And I want the veggies half cook and for the pork I want it toasted because it's more flavorful. Whats your ulam for today?

We experienced voltage fluctuations in our area earlier, causing the electricity to suddenly become stronger or weaker. Situations like this can really damage appliances, which is quite concerning. The heat has also been unbearable lately, and honestly, it's hard to get through the day without using the air conditioner. Thankfully, the voltage issue only lasted for a few minutes and didn't happen again. It's supposed to be the rainy season by now, yet the weather is still incredibly hot. Hopefully, things cool down soon.

The message today was simple but powerful: the greatest Father of them all is God. Human love can fail, but His never does. He is steady when life is not, and faithful even when we are not. Thank You, Lord. Happy Father’s Day 🤍
