GM Nostr friends. I can't believe April is almost gone already. It just flew by. March seemed like it dragged its proverbial feet, and now here we are almost in May already. #AskNostr Does anyone have Shokz or another bone-conducting headphone brand they'd recommend? I love my Anker Soundcore over-the-ear headset, but the foam gets really hot in the summer. Earbuds hurt my ears after an hour of wear, so I'm looking for another option. Have a good Thursday, all. Take a few minutes for yourself to just breathe.

GM Nostr friends. I decided to make a dirty chai for my morning caffeine today (just loose leaf chai in with my coffee in a pour over situation). So far, delicious. Would recommend. Yesterday was just a super down in the dumps day for me. I can't even begin to explain all the dark thoughts that just dragged me down until Hubby came home. We ended up sitting on the patio for a bit while I just cried with Lu in my lap as he coaxed me to tell him my thoughts. Just saying them out loud got me to realize how silly they were, and he was a total sweetheart listening and reminding me that everything I was saying negative about myself wasn't true. Ended up having a much better evening after that. He is my heart.

Anyone using the new(ish?) route96 for docker? I just installed it for my Umbrel and excited to give it a try.

GM Nostr friends. Pretty quiet weekend. Hubby and I did a lot of cleaning and organizing in the house. It was much needed. My desk was particularly disgusting. When did I become a cave troll? Almost surprised I didn't find any bones along with all the crumbs, hairs, and other miscellaneous gunk. Bleh. Happy Monday!

Been working on a query most of the day. I have no brainpower left. Scuffed the trunk area of my car (it's an SUV, so not *really* a trunk...?) while trying to bring the garbage cans back in, and Hubby got mad at me. (He saw via the camera in the garage.) Missing my dad today after I was on a walk this afternoon past the neighborhood park and saw a dad playing with his ecstatic baby girl. Tired of feeling like my boss treats me differently than the rest of my coworkers, and I'm over this job. Just kind of a 😑/🙄/😒/😪 kind of day.

GM Nostr friends! I had to sign into work this morning to deal with a failure for a process I support, so while I'm waiting for the run to finish processing, here I am. Coffee in hand, Hubby working for a while at his mom's house, laundry waiting to be folded. Our two year anniversary is tomorrow, so we're going to go see Project Hail Mary at the theater tonight. I haven't been to see a movie in ages, so I'm very much looking forward to our date night. Happy Saturday!

GM Nostr friends. It is Friday, my gals and dudes. I keep hearing this weird sound outside, almost like a bird flapping its wings to ruffle up its feathers, if said bird were made out of plastic. Finally looked outside, and there's a shredded up plastic bag stuck high up in the branches of a neighbor's tree, and the wind has been catching it. Mystery solved! My hands are healing up nicely from my stumble on Monday. The right palm has a pretty solid scab on it that stretches and breaks a little when I lay my hand flat, so that's not fun. Bingo with a group of friends tonight, and I'm definitely looking forward to it. This has been a rough week at work. Happy Friday, all!
