In the late 90s my dad used to consistently harp on how me and my brother just needed to find jobs that paid 50k/yr and we would be set 😂😂 It’s crazy how clueless he was and also how he had zero aspiration past being a peasant wagee. Like the most he could imagine for his sons were modest wage jobs. Thank god I never took his weak advice seriously.
