Sublime made all that timeless music because they weren’t famous when they were creating. They weren’t beholden to any record label’s demands, no pressure, no commitments or any undue influence. They were talented artists who were totally free to make the music they wanted to. That’s what they did and it will endure as unadulterated art.

Life: thousands of life-hours stolen from each person. Liberty: forced servitude to government directly proportional to tax rate. Happiness: having life-hours taken under threat of force is guaranteed to negatively impact happiness. The Declaration of Independence and the bill of rights are purely propaganda at this point. Have been for more than a century at least.

Commies say “healthcare is a human right” and “housing is a human right” and proudly advocate stealing money from every earner as the means to those ends. Why don’t they also think that existing without having 50% of wages stolen by the apex thugs is also a human right? Severe dissonance.

The story goes a band member of Sublime was friends with a very insane little man named Raleigh Theodore Sakers. Knew him from recovery. This guy in a stroke of brilliance gave Raleigh a tape recorder and told him to record anything he wanted. What Raleigh ended up recording was truly unhinged and unadulterated insanity and it is so fucking hilarious. Enjoy.

The pain I feel in the gym is disproportionately small compared to the good feels I have outside of the gym. This simple fact has really pushed me to endure and even enjoy a high-level of self-torture in the gym.
