It’s all a little too perfect. Bitcoin set to rip. Socialists set for a rout. The woke edifice crumbling while Elon heads for Mars. Spidey senses tingling. Could we be in the foothills of Dave Hunter’s market melt-up? Sure. But, took some profits today (fiat trading accounts), 33% cash.

The opposite of globalist.
$URA back over $30. Nuclear getting some swagger back as most of the world is finally getting with the program.
Ah, September. When walking under any tree results in a face-full of spider.

Short-covering for sure, but interesting bounce so far in the US equity markets - I do suspect crypto soaking up some of the liquidity pressure over the weekend is likely “helpful” in a way that didn’t exist until recently. I thought the ETFs would pummel it on open but Bitcoin off the weekend lows. Watching SOL too.
Bonne chance all those still playing in the fiat stock markets.
Oof.
I mean I had zero interest in the Olympics before, but now…. record low ratings wouldn’t surprise.
No blue screen of death on #nostr
Eating so much more butter now than prior to my red-pilling. Everything’s better with butter.
I’m at that stage of life where I wish Apple would add “gardening” and “housework” to the list of fitness activities on their watch.
4-year old reports on today’s preschool:
“Olive hurt my feelings!”
- Why?
“She wouldn’t let me see the ladybug under the locker!”
I love this age. I think 3-5 year olds are peak humanity: zero cynicism, fully engaged with the world, maximum curiosity, empathy (well, except for Olive).

Miners and $MSTR don’t believe in this #Bitcoin dip, it would seem.
Business trip this week featuring four separate 737-800s and several nights in Baltimore. Prayers appreciated 🙏
Unexpected musical cross-over: Smashing Pumpkins cover U2’s Zoo Station. Works surprisingly well!
Nice to see Jimmy and James in the line-up here, too. Despite them being a staple through my college years I never actually got to a Pumpkins show, though was lucky enough to catch Corgan with Zwan in London, in 2003.
In SpaceX it would seem Elon has assembled one of the highest performing engineering teams humanity has ever seen. Everything that crops up on each flight test is ruthlessly pinned down and remediated. Just a joy to watch.
Sadly, never traded $NVDA but did catch $ARM. Beautiful move in chips.
Nancy Pelosi is of course minting it (further).
A laggard she has a bunch of is $PANW, so anticipating further ludicrous profits from corruption I did add a few September 330 calls today in the $11.40s.
Is anyone posting trades on Nostr? It’s one area X is very strong. #stockstr #trading
So would love a Futurebit but don’t really want to deal with the thing being impounded by border goons on the Northern wall (and ending up on yet another “list”).
Is there any home mining kit available from distributors in Canada?

@Coinkite (old npup) back in my Ledger days I used to factory reset periodically to prove I could rebuild from seed.
Am aware you can’t “reset” a Coldcard once PIN etc. are established but can you rebuild the signature from seed to validate?
Don’t have my device to hand to check right now, just curious.
Things that really are as bad as they’re made out to be #1: The Media.
My heart is doing what it’s designed to do in Fatherhood, thanks very much, and I am much the better for it.
Yes this is real (can Google it, but I won’t grace it with a link)

Happy Mother’s Day, mothers. Our four year old added mini-marshmallows to the pancakes this am. May your day be similarly sweet! #parentstr
Today marks the 25th anniversary of the day Gordon Brown announced he would be selling British #gold at what proved to be a market low not seen since 1971 when the US abandoned the gold standard. What on earth was he thinking?
From the excellent Dominic Frisby:
