Ocean.xyz has added BOLT12 lightning payments for smaller miners. 1. Add "experimental-offers" to your lightningd config (CLN). 2. Run "lightning-cli offer any "OCEAN Payouts for <address>"" to generate an offer 3. Then follow the signing process on the ocean web ui for your address under the "configuration" tab to validate that you are the owner of the address and submit your BOLT12 offer.
