Highlights from Learning Bitcoin Day 2: @Adam O’Brien gave a powerful talk about how fiat has undermined human values and why bitcoin gives us optimism for the future. Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim discussed how bitcoin is the ONLY way the city can avoid the problem of debasement. @Joel Marquez and @Classical Educator spoke about history, storytelling and OWNschooling. @Seb Bunney fired up the crowd on why bitcoin allows us to pursue our dreams in this one precious life. And a lot more. It was a packed day and left me feeling grateful to be part of this revolution. Bitcoiners are the most optimistic, healthy and happy group I’ve ever met.

Learning Bitcoin 2025, Vancouver BC Day 1 I’ve been to a dozen or more bitcoin conferences and can say that this one is extremely unique. Interactivity, connection and signal are all extremely high. So many builders in Vancouver it’s been inspiring and eye opening. Seattle is starting to grow and with Vancouver as a model we can move even quicker.
