Biggest fear on a daily basis is that its likely the last day. Every time I wake up, broker in fiat, constant relearning because you have to in order to be free, , , , , and that's all I want.

What we have here is our first perfect sourdough . This is mainly a Sonoran white soft wheat loaf , but we applied lots of trial and error and book work to start making thw sourdough do what it’s supposed to . We even got the ear,, we are so blessed , time to make more #foodstr #breadstr

I will be heading back to work weekends after they open for Sunday service here very soon. Needless to say, if you want some excelent south TX BBQ or Korean Kimchi or a mixture of those two, come and get some at Eaker BBQ in #FBGTX Great segment on the Texas Buycket List, I remember them filming this in spring, small crew but really nice guys. #BBQSTR #foodstr #chefstr
